What is Lokal Kitchen & Bar?
Lokal Kitchen & Bar is a Filipino restaurant offering regular dine-in, private entertainment rooms with KTV and streaming features, and exclusive venue rentals for birthdays, reunions, corporate events, and other special occasions.
Where is Lokal located?
We are located at Eastwood Citywalk 1, Libis, Quezon City.
Do you have other branches?
Currently, we only have one branch located at Eastwood Citywalk 1.
What services do you offer?
We offer:
- Regular dine-in
- Private KTV rooms

How can I make a reservation?
Reservations may be made through our official Facebook page or by contacting our team directly.
Do I need to reserve in advance?
Reservations are highly recommended to secure your preferred date and time. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.
Is a downpayment required?
Yes. A ₱2,000 downpayment is required to secure your reservation. This amount will be deducted from your final bill.
Can I reschedule or cancel my reservation?
Please contact us as early as possible if you need to modify your reservation. Requests are subject to our reservation policies.

We offer:
- Jeepney Room 1
- Jeepney Room 2
- Second Floor & Balcony
- Whole Store Reservation
What is included in the Jeepney Rooms?
- 3-hour reservation
- KTV setup with microphone and speaker
- Plug-and-play gaming console (upon request)
- HDMI connectivity for your own device
- Fully air-conditioned room
- Consumable room rate on food and beverages
What is included in the Second Floor & Balcony reservation?
- Exclusive use of the entire second floor and balcony
- KTV setup with microphone and speaker
- Plug-and-play gaming console (upon request)
- HDMI connectivity
- Fully air-conditioned indoor area
- No venue rental fee
- Consumable food and beverage packages
How many guests can the Second Floor accommodate?
- Indoor Air-conditioned Area: 30–35 guests
- Balcony Area: 10–15 guests
Can we set up our own DJ and sound system?
Yes. DJ and sound system setups are allowed for the Second Floor & Balcony.
Please note:

- The DJ setup may reduce the room's maximum guest capacity.
- An additional ₱800 electricity fee will apply.
Can we decorate the room?
Yes. Simple, non-invasive decorations are allowed. Please avoid using nails, screws, glue, or any materials that may damage the venue.
Can I reserve the entire store?
Yes. Our whole store can accommodate approximately 100–110 guests.

What is the consumable rate?
The whole store has a ₱70,000 minimum consumable for 3 hours, which may be used for food, beverages, and promotions.
Are room rates consumable?
Yes. All room rates are fully consumable on food, beverages, and promotions.
What is a consumable rate?
A consumable rate is the required minimum spend that can be used for food, beverages, and applicable promotions.
Is food included in the room rate?
Yes. Since the room rate is consumable, you may use the entire amount for food and beverages.
What happens if we don't reach the consumable amount?
The remaining balance will still be charged as part of the minimum consumable requirement.
Is there a service charge?
Yes. A 10% service charge applies to the total bill.

Do you accept American Express (AMEX)?
No. At the moment, we do not accept AMEX.
Do you offer Senior Citizen and PWD discounts?
Yes. Senior Citizen and PWD discounts apply to table reservations and additional food orders for KTV room bookings, in accordance with applicable laws and store policies.
Do you offer corporate discounts?

A valid company ID must be presented to avail of the discount.
Can we bring outside food or drinks?
Yes. Corkage fees may apply for outside food and beverages. Please contact us for the applicable rates.
Can we watch live sports at Lokal?
Yes! We currently offer live sports streaming. However, we are still enhancing the viewing experience.
In the meantime, you may stream your favorite sporting events by connecting your own device to our TV via HDMI.
Is Lokal pet-friendly?
Yes! Pets are welcome.
Are there any pet guidelines?
Pets must:
- Wear diapers
- Be on a leash or in a carrier
- Be supervised by their owners at all times
Do you accept walk-in guests?
Yes. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability. Reservations are still recommended.
Is parking available?
Yes. Guests may park at the following nearby parking areas:
- Eastwood Citywalk 1 Parking (Nearest)

Is Lokal PWD accessible?
Yes. Jeepney Rooms 1 and 2 are located on the ground floor. The Second Floor & Balcony may be accessed through the Eastwood Mall entrance.
Do you offer online ordering?
Currently, we do not offer online ordering.
Do you have other venues for events?
Yes! You may also celebrate your special occasions at our sister companies, which cater to birthdays, debuts, weddings, corporate events, and more.
